Our bar manager, Gabriel Ducharme, and our Executive Chef, Jordan Borlaza, have created an innovative tasting menu showcasing the characteristics of specially selected Tequilas from the Mijenta distillery, while complimenting the Wood & Salt culinary concept.
We will have samples of the tequilas available for all guests and each of the 4 courses will be accompanied by a mini cocktail complimenting the dish.
The dinner will be communal seating. Seats are limited and sales are final.
